Well laid out room with a tidy bathroom and an electric kettle, air conditioning, and a stone fireplace. Had terrific service.

Reasonably spacious, well laid out room provided with AC. Free parking on site provided. The most important - exceptionally good location so close to everything.

Beds were extremely hard.

The bed was comfortable, the room was exceptionally comfortable and well-organised with breakfast. An electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware were nice. The location was peaceful yet it was metres from downtown area, just 10 minutes by foot. No complains at all, I had a great stay and would have stayed for longer.

The customer service at Cascade Hotel was exceptional. I was personally greeted by the director upon arrival, who even offered to drive me from the airport. The staff, especially Susan and Matt at the reception, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They promptly addressed any issues I had, like a slight AC problem, by providing me with another room. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the English breakfast was delicious. I had a great experience and would definitely return to Cascade Hotel in Lapaz.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with it being only a 20-minute drive from the city centre. It's so convenient to have everything close by, making it easy to explore the area. The staff at this hotel really go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. They are attentive and helpful, providing excellent service throughout your stay. The rooms are exceptionally clean and quiet, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing experience. Lastly, the breakfast served here is delicious and made with a healthy touch, truly starting your day off on the right foot.

The internet connection can be a bit slow at times, but I'm sure they are working on fixing it.
